Graphic Design
Baís Collection is woman owned business that specializes in creating high quality, hand crafter silk bonnets, scrunchies and pillowcases. They use authentic African fabrics that are imported directly from Ghana. They wanted a logo and business card design that was colorful and highlighted the Kente pattern. I achieved the final look using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Procreate for the iPad.
Fiercely Financial Coaching, is a business that works to help educate, and empower people to “Make Money Moves.“ Audrey hosts workshops and provides resources to promote financial literacy. She requested a graphic to pair and promote one of her courses for smart shopping during the holiday season. Using Procreate and Adobe Illustrator, I created a cartoon showcasing her as a “smart shopper” holding money that she saved, and a shopping bag.
This piece was something I was inspired to created after watching the Selena Series on Netflix. I have been a fan of her’s ever since I was a child, and I have also always admired the way she loved and contributed to her community. This Illustration is inspired from one of her songs “Como La Flor” which means “Like a Flower.” Her signature color was red and so this design felt very on brand to something she might’ve used in her marketing materials.
This is a logo I create for a Public Relations Specialist. She wanted a clean logo that also included a cartoon version of her. I used the procreate app for the iPad to create her unique logo.
This t-shirt design was created for a Diversity Campaign at the Mercer County Board of Social Services. This was apart of an initiative to promote inclusivity in the work place.
Here we can compare the early stages of this project with the final ones. I created this detailed digital portrait using Procreate for the iPad and created this mockup using the SmartObject features on Photoshop.
This is a portrait that was created for a friend. The original Sketch was created and then converted into an SVG using Adobe Capture.
